Using Reqlio.

The service
Reqlio provides a request-to-confirmation workspace for quote-based custom service businesses. It supports branded service requests, optional initial estimates, consultation proposals and separate final job terms. Workspaces are configured through concierge onboarding. Reqlio does not provide lead generation, automatic pricing, inbox integrations or customer payment collection.
Owner responsibility
The business owner reviews each request, decides the price and scope, approves estimates, final terms, rejections and personal replies, and remains responsible for the accuracy, legality, fulfilment, and collection of payment for their services. A consultation confirmation is separate from confirmation of the final job terms.
Examples and enquiries
Public examples use fictional customers and illustrative prices. Submitting a setup enquiry creates no workspace, subscription or charge. We first discuss fit and agree the scope in writing.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and delivery records visible, but internet, authentication, email, and queue providers can fail. An on-screen success state is not proof that an email was delivered; the delivery status in Reqlio is the operational record.
Acceptable use
Do not use Reqlio for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or high-risk activity, or submit sensitive information that is not necessary for a service quote. Automated scraping, spam, and attempts to access another business workspace are prohibited.
Suspension and deletion
Reqlio may suspend access to protect customers or the service. Workspace deletion uses a 30-day recovery period. Owners should export required business data before permanent deletion.
Pricing and cancellation
Standard setup costs $199 USD, including one business, up to 10 services, one revision, a guided handover and the first month of access from workspace approval. Continued access costs $39 per month and includes hosting, maintenance and 30 minutes of support or small configuration changes each month. Unused support time does not roll over; additional work requires your agreement to a separate quote. Any applicable tax, billing date and payment method are shown in the written offer before payment. Requesting a demo creates no charge. This website does not collect payments.
Cancelling your subscription
Request cancellation through your agreed Reqlio contact before the next billing date. Access continues until the end of the paid period and no further month is charged. Export the records you need before closure. Paid months are not refunded solely for unused time; this does not limit remedies required by law or for a service we cannot provide. Any existing signed agreement continues to govern that customer’s service.
Acceptance, support and refund
Standard setup is ready for your review within one business day after we have your services, branding, form requirements and agreed scope. We confirm the start date with you; larger requests may take longer. We provide a working form and workspace for your review against the agreed requirements, with one revision before handover. The first subscription month starts when you approve the workspace, not when you request a demo. Cancel before setup work starts for a full setup-fee refund. If you cancel after work starts, we explain the work completed and refund the unused portion of the setup fee. If we cannot deliver the agreed setup, we refund the setup fee. Contact your agreed Reqlio contact to request a correction, cancellation or refund; applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Support expectations
We aim to reply within one business day, Monday to Friday, excluding Moroccan public holidays. This is a response target, not a guaranteed resolution time or emergency support service. Reqlio does not guarantee bookings, revenue or uninterrupted provider availability.
