How much does it cost?
One-time setup is $199, including your first month of access from the date you approve your workspace. The subscription is $39 per month after that. Setup covers one business, up to 10 services, one revision and a guided handover. The subscription includes hosting, maintenance and up to 30 minutes of support or small configuration changes each month. Larger changes are quoted separately. Prices are in USD.
Can I change the services, questions and messages?
Yes. Services can have their own required or optional questions. Your workspace supports editable customer messages, file/photo questions and a branded public form. We help configure the first setup.
Can I share the form through WhatsApp or Instagram?
Yes. Copy your branded form link and share it through your existing channels. You can also share private proposal links yourself. Reqlio does not connect to or send messages through those accounts.
Do my customers need an account?
No. Customers submit the form and review proposals through private links. Owner workspaces require secure access.
Can I arrange a consultation before giving a price?
Yes. Choose to discuss the work first and propose consultation times without entering a project price. After the conversation, send the final scope, price and schedule for the customer to confirm. An initial estimate is optional.
How quickly can I get started?
Standard setup is ready for your review within one business day after we have your services, branding, form requirements and agreed scope. We confirm the start date with you; larger requests may take longer.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Ask to cancel before your next monthly billing date. Your access continues until the end of the paid period, and you can export your records before closure. See the terms for setup cancellation and refunds.
Is an estimate the same as a final quote?
No. An estimate is an initial price, range or starting price based on the request. The customer confirms a consultation first. After that conversation, you send the final scope, price and schedule for a separate job confirmation.
Does Reqlio find customers or decide the price?
No. You bring your existing enquiries and decide the scope and price. Reqlio organizes the request and the steps towards an agreement. Nothing is priced automatically.
